Support
A quiet place for questions
WeekPad has no account, no dashboard and no support ticket tied to your name. That means we can't look anything up for you — but it also means there's very little that can go wrong on our side.
Here are the questions that come up most often.
Do you see what I write?
No. Your planners live on your device. With WeekPad Sync on, they live in your own iCloud — only you and Apple can reach them. We run no servers and hold no copy.
Is WeekPad Sync a backup?
No. WeekPad Sync keeps your devices matching each other, so a deletion on one device travels to the others. Export regularly — your own Export is the only backup that never depends on us, on Apple, or on WeekPad Sync.
Can you recover something I lost?
No. We have no access to your device or your iCloud, and the App has no import or restore. Keep your Exports somewhere you trust.
What are the plans?
WeekPad is free to use and comes with your first agenda, with every feature included — writing, notes, bullets, checklists, photos, document scans, sharing into the App, search and Export. The only limit is the number of agendas.
Unlimited Agendas is a one-time purchase: as many separate agendas as you like, kept on your device. WeekPad Sync is a subscription with a free trial that includes unlimited agendas and keeps your weeks, notes and photos on your Apple devices, held in your own iCloud.
The price, billing period and renewal terms are shown in the App at the moment of purchase and on the App Store product page. Subscriptions renew automatically, are managed and cancelled in your Apple Account, and refunds are handled by Apple. Whatever you choose, the agendas you've already written stay yours to read and edit.
Do photos take a lot of space?
Every image you add — from your library, camera, the document scanner, or shared in from another app — is resized to a crisp on-screen size and compressed to about a megabyte, with Apple HEIC converted to widely readable JPEG. It's automatic; there's nothing to set.
Will it nag me?
Never. No notifications, no streaks, no feed. You open it when you want to.
Getting in touch
Contact is through the WeekPad App Store page or by sending a message below. Because we keep no account and no contact details for you, we can't reach out to you first — including about changes to the Privacy Policy or the EULA.
